OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Hollyhill Knocknaheeny Family Centre Creche & Preschool are seeking an
administrator to join their dynamic team. We are looking to recruit a
confident, capable person with strong communication skills. This
position is for * hours a week (8:**Apply on
the website**am –2: *pm, Monday to Friday).
APPLICANTS MUST:
* Have a knowledge of bookkeeping
* Knowledge of sage & thesaurus an advantage
* Assist in audits and regularly reconcile payment records with
financial statements
* Be competent working with budgets & managing accounts
* Preparing invoices and monthly finance reports
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
* Good organizational skills with the ability to work effectively
under pressure
* Excellent customer care skills
* Exceptional phone manner, particularly under pressure.
